Course Overview |

Fire Legislation and Standards - To give the delegate an understanding of aspects of the Fire Safety Order 2005 relating to fire fighting intervention.

Classification of Fire - To give the delegate an understanding of the various classifications of fire and the appropriate extinguishing media to deal with each fire type.

Dynamic Fire Risk Assessment - To give the delegate an understanding of when it is safe to fight a deleveloping fire with portable extinguishing media.

Practical Demonstration - To allow the delegate to use the various forms of extinguishing media in a controlled environment.
