What will I get out of this course? |

- The ability to understand how Health and Safety should be treated as an integral part of their responsibilities.
- The ability to understand why accidents involving injury occur and learn how to prevent future accidents.
- The ability to recognise workplace hazards and the action needed to control and manage them.
- Have a basic understanding of the specific procedures used in identifying hazards, assessing risks and developing risk control strategies.
- The understanding of the responsibilities falling on the employers and themselves in Health and Safety legislation.
- Have the capacity to communicate effectively on Health and Safety matters with those who work with them.
- Have the capacity to communicate effectively with Health and Safety practitioners
- Upon achieving 50% or more on both written and practical assessments, the delegate will receive a Managing Safely Certificate.
